Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid services on Propertesy — seller subscription packages and legal-consultation bookings.

Subscriptions

Seller package fees are charged for the stated period and are generally non-refundable once the plan is activated. If a payment is charged in error or a duplicate payment occurs, contact us within 7 days for a review and refund of the erroneous amount.

Legal consultations

Consultation fees may be refunded if the advisor is unable to take the booking. Once a consultation has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.

How to request

Email support@propertesy.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
